The receptionist’s work is very important in a hotel because receptionist is the
person who welcomes you.

Receptionist tasks:

-       Greet guest

-         Check-in and check-out to guest

-        Make reservations

-       Take and aswer the telephone

 

-        Receive bills

-        check room rack

-         Do rooming list

-         Check guest history

-         Check preferences 

-      Allocate a guest  in a specific room

-         Swipe credit card

-         Ask client to sing registration card

-         Give room number

-         Indicate location of lifts, restaurant

-         Give information about hotel

-         Wake–up calls

 

The perfect receptionist should:

 

-         Be creative

 

-      To be kind

-         Have initiative

-         Be able to work in a team

-         Always smile

-         Be patient

-         To have good manners

-         Be polite with guests

 

-     Be hygienic

This hotel is located in Capadocia, Turkey. The region of Capadocia is 50 km in diameter. This region consists of two cities, Akasaray and Nevsehir. The population less than one million. In 1985 was renowned World Heritage Sites
by UNESCO.

ESBELLI EVI HOTEL

This hotel was contructed inside cave.
There are ten suites with double bed. All suites there are HD TV , DVD, radio,air conditioner and kitchen. The guest would enjoy
WI-FI,bottle of water,coffe and tea free.The minimun price is eighteen euros per night.Some suites are conect and some suites there are blacony and lounge.

In my opinion this hotel is very original and cosy. I think that all is good but I think that it is cheap because the environment is special.
I think that it must offer more facilities.
In conclusion yhe hotel I like and If I have money I will go.

In conclusion I like thw hotel and If I had money I will travel.
